The extension is finished.
Just over four years since the original Gift Day on 1 March 2003, the extension has been completed. The final work to install the BioDigester foul drain system was finished in April 2007.
The extension is accessed through a door from the west end of the north aisle and
provides a toilet and a tea-

This is a major achievement and marks another stage in the evolution of St Mary’s Church in Denby as illustrated by the timeline.
We now have the facilities that will make the Church more comfortable for everyone attending St Mary’s for regular services, baptisms, weddings and funerals. The extension means that the Church will comply with the Disability Discrimination Act for toilet facilities. With no steps between the car park and the nave, the Church is very accessible for wheelchair users and parents with push chairs.
This extension will take the Church forward, and is a significant development in
