The Bishop of Derby visited St Mary's Church on Sunday 28 November.  Despite the very cold temperatures that day, Bishop Alistair commented on the warmth of Denby - which, according to his car temperature indication was -10 deg C compared to the colder -12 deg c at Duffield where he lives!

 

Bishop Alistair celebrated communion with us.  Shown in the picture below are, from left to right:
